I've found an Ed.D. program that is very exciting--Educational Policy and Administration for International Educators! It's mostly online with 3 summers of 3 week in residence sessions at the University of Minnesota. (Close to mom and dad!)
I'm in the process of applying (and I have to take the GRE again) and if I get in I'll decide later if I'm going to go for it.
ahhh....and the $$$
