I go 5 days a week, and do this program:
Max 10
Tomorrow starts week 6 and I can do 32 pushups, 48 situps, and 29 sets of triple kicks in 1 minute per each exercise. I love the boxing we do, because I really prefer workouts that also teach a skill.
