Standing knee deep, the two women slipped the third into the water. She was very weak and in a lot of pain. They looked at each other, unsure, as she reclined in the shallows with her eyes closed.
"Well? How do you feel?"
"What. You never really thought this lake had healing powers, did you?"
"You did! You said--that's why we came so far..."
"Yes. And didn't we have a blast on the way?"
