Dim Sum

I do love me some dim sum. I was introduced to its bite-sized loveliness in Hong Kong on a recruiting trip (how wonderful for me) and never looked back. In fact when I was pregnant with the boy it was all I craved, and forced K-Ice and friends to accompany me regularly to partake. (Of course this was after month 5 when I could actually eat.) So this is why I'm so darn excited to have a trip down to Great Wall Shopping Mall for dim sum today. Beyond excited. I just really can't wait! You know, the majority of the Chinese I know refers to dim sum, now that I think about it. Hum Bao, Har Gao, Shu Mai...
