You Can't Make this Stuff Up

A Baltimore judge, in the process of hearing a domestic violence case, allows the defendant to go down the hall and get a marriage license. He then marries the defendant and the victim, and dismisses the DV case due to spousal privilege.

Who needs David Simon (The Wire) when this stuff just writes itself?,0,2455093.story

The real kicker is that you don't need vic testimony in DV cases because of the retaliation factor. The judge flat out ignored the police report.
